.DISCUSSION...
There are no significant fire weather concerns through Tuesday. 
Seasonal breeziness is expected in the afternoons and evenings 
with daily peak gusts up to 15-25 mph. Winds will also tend to
follow typical diurnal and terrain influences. Conditions will 
remain dry with daily minimum RH values down to 5-15% and 
overnight recoveries only to 20-40%. Near to below normal 
temperatures are expected today and tomorrow, with similar 
temperatures as lower desert highs push up to 98-104 degrees.
