.DISCUSSION...Good (53-59%) overnight humidity recoveries Tuesday
morning will lead to improved minimum humidities as slightly
cooler high temperatures are anticipated. A weak system will pass
over the fire area late in the afternoon, increasing winds out of
the west. A more substantial system will pass on Wednesday,
leading to higher winds expected earlier in the afternoon with
slightly cooler high temperatures and improved afternoon
humidities. Expect winds shifting out of the northwest Tuesday
night through Wednesday morning.
