.DISCUSSION...Hot, dry, and windy conditions will persist through
today and Wednesday with critical daytime RH of 10 to 20% and poor
overnight recoveries. Light NW winds this morning will build and 
turn out of the SW at 5 to 10 mph after noon, then turn back out 
of the NW and strengthen further to 10 to 15 mph by 5 to 8 PM this
evening. NW winds then diminish overnight, before building out of
the W to SW at 5 to 10 mph Wednesday morning and turning out of 
the NW again at 10 to 15 mph Wednesday afternoon to evening.
