.DISCUSSION...West winds will become more northwest and then north
by late morning. The wind forecast is tricky because of blocking
from North Table Mountain. The forecast is valid for the site in
downtown Golden, if it's at the plant, the direction will stay
more northwesterly and with lighter speeds. There is a chance of
northeast to east winds through the gap between the mountains, 
mainly in the early afternoon when speeds could be 10-15 mph if
that happens, or behind shower activity in the mid to late
afternoon hours. There is a 20% chance of gusts to 25 mph with a
thunderstorm, mainly between 1500 and 1800. The most likely
direction of stronger winds would be from the west or northwest.
