.DISCUSSION...

Partly cloudy skies, light southerly winds up to 15 mph, and 
mostly dry conditions are expected through Tuesday. Winds should
be strong enough this and Tuesday afternoon to prevent a lake
breeze from developing. There is a slight chance of a few showers
Tuesday afternoon, although wetting rains are highly
unlikely. Minimum relative humidity will drop down to around 33
percent this afternoon before recovering to over 95 percent
tonight. Minimum relative humidity values are then expected to
remain in excess of 40 percent during the day Tuesday.
