.DISCUSSION...

Light southeasterly winds at around 10 to 15 mph are expected 
today before becoming southerly tonight through Tuesday. Partly 
cloudy skies and mostly dry conditions are also expected through 
Tuesday morning followed by a 40 percent chance of showers Tuesday
afternoon. Wetting rains are unlikely. Minimum relative humidity 
values this afternoon will drop down to around 37 percent before 
recovering to around 96 percent tonight. Minimum relative humidity
values are then forecast to remain elevated in excess of 50 
percent Tuesday afternoon.
