FOR NORTHERN FRANKLIN AND SOUTHERN CERRO GORDO COUNTIES...
At 302 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Thornton to near Latimer to near Popejoy, moving
northeast at 50 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Alexander, Latimer, Portland, Chapin, Beeds Lake State Park,
Dougherty, Rockwell, Swaledale, Meservey, Coulter, Thornton,
Sheffield, Burchinal, Hampton, and Mason City.
This includes Interstate 35 between mile markers 162 and 187.
