For the Extreme Cold Watch, dangerously cold wind chills as low as 50 below possible. * WHERE...Most of northeast Montana. * WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 9 PM this evening to 2 PM MST Sunday. For the Extreme Cold Watch, from Sunday evening through Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 50 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes. Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
