.DISCUSSION...

Clear skies and light southerly winds continue overnight through 
Tuesday morning. Wind shift westerly and increase with speeds up to
10-14 mph by mid-day. Westerly winds could produce gusts up to 20-23 mph. Minimum
relative humidity should remain at 45-50 percent during the afternoon hours.  
Scattered showers of rain snow mix are possible by Tuesday afternoon increasing 
wind gusts up to 25-30 mph. Showers will continue until early Tuesday evening 
and push eastward. 

Smoke dispersal remains poor majority of the forecast period outside of a 
small window of a few hours of good smoke dispersal Tuesday afternoon.
Humidities recover to 80 percent by Tuesday night. 

Dry and warmer conditions are expected Wednesday. Smoke dispersal remains poor.
Westerly winds between 9-12 mph are possible along with minimum relative humidities 
at 40-45 percent.
