...WIND CHILL ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST /11 AM MST/ 
TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 40 below zero.

* WHERE...Western and central North Dakota.

* WHEN...Until noon CST /11 AM MST/ Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite 
  on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Gusty northwest winds will lead to areas of 
  blowing and drifting snow, reducing visibility at times.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Avoid outdoor activities as much as possible. If you must be 
outside, make sure you wear appropriate clothing, dressing in layers 
and covering exposed skin. If traveling, carry a winter survival kit 
and inform others of your travel plans.
