PST SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 4 
  feet, highest amounts above 3000 feet. Winds could gust as high 
  as 50 mph.

* WHERE...In Oregon, Northern Oregon Cascades and Cascades in 
  Lane County. In Washington, South Washington Cascades.

* WHEN...From 6 AM this morning to 4 AM PST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Gusty winds could
  cause white-out conditions at times and bring down tree
  branches, leading to power outages. The cold wind chills as low
  as 25 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as 
  little as 30 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
