* WHAT...Heavy snow. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 8 inches, 
  with higher amounts of 8 to 12 inches above 7500 feet. Winds 
  gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Areas near Fredonia and Jacob Lake.

* WHEN...Until noon MST today.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing 
  snow could significantly reduce visibility.
