.Synopsis...A kona low will linger near or over the far NW waters
into Wednesday before slowly moving SW late Wednesday and
Thursday. This low will bring the potential for locally heavy
rain and isolated thunderstorms through the week.

Hawaiian waters within 40 nautical miles including the channels-

.TONIGHT THROUGH THURSDAY...South to southeast winds 10 to 15 
knots. Wind waves 3 to 5 feet, building to 3 to 5 feet Wednesday.
Northwest swell 3 feet. Heavy showers and slight chance of 
thunderstorms. 
.THURSDAY NIGHT...South to southeast winds 10 to 15 knots. Wind 
waves 3 to 5 feet. Northwest swell 3 to 4 feet. Showers likely 
and slight chance of thunderstorms. 
.FRIDAY THROUGH SATURDAY...East to southeast winds up to 5 to 15 
knots around the Big Island. Variable winds 10 knots or less 
elsewhere. Wind waves 3 to 5 feet, subsiding to 3 feet Saturday. 
Northwest swell 3 to 4 feet, building to 4 to 6 feet Saturday. 
Scattered showers and slight chance of thunderstorms.
.SUNDAY...East to northeast winds 5 to 15 knots. Wind waves 3 to 
4 feet. Northwest swell 6 to 8 feet. Scattered showers and slight
chance of thunderstorms.

SE half, E to SE winds 15 to 25 kt. Seas 6 to 7 ft. 
.SUNDAY...NE to E winds 10 to 20 kt, strongest far SE waters. 
Seas 6 to 8 ft.
