A cold front will cross the area later this afternoon, bringing
an abrupt wind shift to northerly. Dry high pressure then builds 
in beginning Sunday, bringing near-critical RH values, but 
limited wind. High pressure prevails through early week before 
next cold front impacts the area middle of next week.
