Northwest winds of 20 to 35 mph, with a few higher gusts, will 
continue this morning before beginning to diminish in the afternoon. 
Scattered rain showers may mix with snow at times along the Coteau 
region this morning. No accumulations will occur. Much colder 
temperatures are expected today with the first freeze of the season 
expected late tonight. Minimum relative humidity values Friday 
afternoon will range from around 40 percent across south central 
South Dakota, to 65 to 70 percent across far northeastern South 
Dakota and west central Minnesota.
