.DISCUSSION...Gusty south to southeast winds will continue across
southwest into south-central SD into the evening before
diminishing. 

Cooler and unsettled weather will gradually return to the area 
tonight and early this week as a cold front and upper level system
slowly cross the region. Chances for showers and some thunderstorms
can be expected tonight through the first half of the week. There
will be a good chance for wetting rains in many areas late Monday
and Monday night. Unsettled and cool conditions will continue into
Wednesday before drier conditions return.
