Friday afternoon may reach extreme fire danger in Russell, Barton, Lincoln and Ellsworth counties for a few hours due to the winds and very dry conditions. Fire danger is expected to abate some on Saturday as RH values are expected to increase. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
