This bulk download tool provides the NWS text
in a raw form, hopefully directly usable by your processing system.
You can either provide a complete 6-character PIL/AFOS ID or provide
the 3-character base ID (e.g., AFD
). The start and end
dates represent 00 UTC for those dates. The Zip format is useful as
the filenames will have the product timestamp, which is useful for
when the product format has ambiguous timestamps.
104 FNUS53 KLBF 080903 FWFLBF Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Western and North Central for Nebraska National Weather Service North Platte NE 403 AM CDT Fri Sep 8 2023 .DISCUSSION... Elevated fire weather conditions are expected today mainly across southwest Nebraska in fire zones 204 and 210. By this afternoon temperatures will be hot with readings in the upper 80s to lower 90s and relative humidity values will drop to near 20 percent. While winds will be on the light side, gusts of 15 to 20mph are possible this afternoon. Fire weather concerns start to east tomorrow as humidity increases as a cold front moves down from the north with a chance for strong thunderstorms, though winds will gust near 25mph with humidity down to around 25 percent across extreme southwest Nebraska in fire zone 210. Fire weather concerns then diminish considerably as widespread wetting rainfall is expected as the front moves through, followed by much cooler temperatures and humidity at or above 50 percent through the middle of next week. There will also be a chance for showers or thunderstorms each day through Wednesday. NEZ204-090000- Eastern Panhandle/Crescent Lake NWR- 303 AM MDT Fri Sep 8 2023 .TODAY... Sky/weather.........Sunny.
