.SYNOPSIS...Showers and thunderstorms will continue to decrease 
across the local Caribbean waters this morning as a tropical wave
exits the region. Surface high pressure over the central 
Atlantic will maintain moderate to locally fresh east to
southeast winds for the next several days. Winds and seas are 
expected to diminish Sun, ahead of a strong tropical wave 
expected to approach the Leeward Islands at that time.
