and thunderstorms, some with heavy rain mostly in southeast Oklahoma 
and northwest Arkansas. Thunderstorms with locally heavy rain were 
located in Choctaw county in Oklahoma and Franklin and Sebastian 
counties in Arkansas. Movement was to the east at around 25 mph. The 
average amount where it rained last hour was around one quarter of 
an inch with maximum amounts of an inch to an inch and a half. 
Coverage and intensity decreased during the last hour. The Tulsa 
area forecast for late this afternoon and early this evening, partly 
cloudy, temperatures 66 to 76 degrees with north winds 5 to 10 mph.
