...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of northwestern
Hancock, east central Hendricks, Marion and southwestern Hamilton
Counties through 130 PM EST...

At 100 PM EST, trained weather spotters reported a strong
thunderstorm near Speedway, or 8 miles west of Indianapolis, moving
northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Trained weather spotters.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
  Carmel, Fishers and Noblesville.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 65 between mile markers 107 and 125.
 Interstate 69 between mile markers 200 and 208.
 Interstate 70 between mile markers 70 and 91.
 Interstate 74 between mile markers 69 and 73.
