This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of the Missouri
Ozarks and extreme southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

  Limited excessive cold risk.
  Limited non thunderstorm wind risk.
  Limited ice accumulation risk.

DISCUSSION...

Areas north of the Highway 54 corridor may see a rain/snows/sleet
mix this morning into early afternoon. Little to no accumulations
and minimal impacts are expected. 

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

Cold air will continue to filter into the area tonight and  
Friday morning. This will bring the potential for temperatures in
the upper teens to mid 20s and wind chills in the single digits 
to mid teens.

Elevated fire weather conditions will be possible on Saturday 
with gusty winds and low afternoon humidity levels.

  Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight.
