Unseasonably warm conditions will continue through Friday. A 
passing cold front and coastal storm will bring decent rainfall 
and breezy conditions starting tonight but especially Friday 
through the weekend. Warmer and drier conditions should then 
return starting Monday until another chance of rain returns for
mid week.
