* WHERE...The nearshore waters of Lake Erie from Maumee Bay to 
  Avon Point OH.

* WHEN...From 7 AM this morning to 3 PM EST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Movement
  of the ice field is possible. People are urged to stay off the
  ice. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
