...WIND CHILL ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 4 AM CST /3 AM MST/ 
EARLY THIS MORNING TO 6 PM CST /5 PM MST/ THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as 40 
  below zero.

* WHERE...Portions northern and much of central North Dakota, 
  including the James River Valley.

* WHEN...From 4 AM CST /3 AM MST/ early this morning to 6 PM CST /5 
  PM MST/ this evening.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite 
  on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while outdoors. Wear appropriate winter clothing.
