.DISCUSSION...High pressure shifting east of the area today will 
allow for southerly flow to increase. However, mixing will remain 
limited today with a stable airmass and cloud cover in the place.
Increasing flow will lead to better mixing tomorrow, but clearing
index is still expected to remain below 500. The first in a 
series of storm systems will begin to arrive tomorrow. This will
bring a small chance of light snow to the area tomorrow afternoon.
A stronger and wetter storm will bring a better chance of snow 
tomorrow night through Sunday, with good to excellent mixing 
expected on Sunday.
