A stronger and wetter system is expected on Thursday and Friday.
Between 0.25-0.50 inches of precipitation is possible with snow
changing to rain on Thursday. Snow early in the morning will
change to rain between 0800 and 1100 AM PST. Additional rounds of
rain or rain/snow mix is possible Friday and precipitation should
be more straight forward this weekend with more near seasonal
normal temperatures that trend warmer above freezing.
