The combination of the rain and continued melting of snow may lead to some isolated minor flooding in the Buffalo area. After a break, another area of low pressure will then bring additional periods of rain Tuesday through Wednesday. Otherwise, a very mild pattern with well above normal temperatures will continue right through Wednesday. Seasonably cold temperatures then arrive late next week. $$
