High pressure located over eastern South Dakota this morning will slowly lift northeast through the afternoon and tonight. Wind direction will be somewhat variable into at least early afternoon, but should begin to favor a bit more easterly direction by late afternoon. As temperatures warm to around 70, dew points today will remain in the 40s, yielding afternoon humidity levels from 30-40 percent.
