.DISCUSSION...

Elevated fire weather conditions possible Wednesday afternoon. 
Minimum RHs will drop to about 15 percent for the southern Nebraska 
panhandle, and Laramie and western Carbon Counties. Most other areas 
will see minimum RHs in the 20s. Winds will be relatively light, 
with gusts of 20 to 25 mph possible. Scattered showers and 
thunderstorms are possible Wednesday afternoon. Stronger gusts may 
occur in these showers. Fire weather concerns decrease slightly Thursday
and Friday. Minimum RHs for most areas Thursday afternoon will fall into 
the 20s. Parts of western Carbon County may drop to 15 percent. 
Showers are possible Thursday night and Friday with similar minimum 
RHs present Friday afternoon.
