.DISCUSSION...A ridge of high pressure will shift east across the
Great Basin today. High clouds will increase ahead of an approaching
system lingering into Tuesday. Southwest flow aloft increases tonight
through Wednesday with a broad trough of low pressure over the area.
Stronger southwest to west winds may periodically occur below Horton Creek
and Pine Creek Canyons.
