...FIRE DANGER STATEMENT IN EFFECT TODAY DUE TO LOW RELATIVE 
HUMIDITY...

Conditions will once again by dry this afternoon with MinRH values
dropping to between 20 and 25 percent this afternoon. RH values will
begin to drop to below 30 percent after 1pm. 

20ft winds may start out of the NE/E this morning with very
light speeds of 5mph or less. The winds should switch around
to the SE between 11am and noon, but speeds will remain light 
and should average 5-6mph through the remainder of the afternoon.
Transport winds should pick up to above 5mph around 10am and should
also be out of the E during morning, and then go more
SE for the afternoon. The highest speeds should be between
11am and 5pm, with speeds peaking around 8-10mph.
