.DISCUSSION...

...FIRE DANGER STATEMENT IN EFFECT TODAY DUE TO LOW RELATIVE 
HUMIDITY...

Conditions will once again by dry this afternoon with MinRH values
dropping to between 20 and 25 percent this afternoon. RH values will
begin to drop to below 30 percent after noon. 

20ft winds will be out of the SE/S today. Early in the morning, 
values will be light and average less than 5mph. Speeds should 
begin to pick up to around 7mph after noon-1pm. Transport
winds should pick up to above 5mph around 10am and should
also be out of the SE/S. The highest speeds should be between
noon and 6pm, with speeds peaking around 11-12mph. 

Mixing heights will start out around 1400 feet at 
10 AM, peaking around 4500 feet in the afternoon. ADI will reach 
"good" values of around 43 in the afternoon.
