nautical miles including the portion of the Papahanaumokuakea
Marine National Monument east of French Frigate Shoals

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average height
of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be more than
twice the significant wave height.

.Synopsis for the Hawaiian offshore waters...
A surface ridge over the far N offshore waters will build as it 
drifts N of the area on Friday. This will cause the trade winds 
to strengthen from Friday into this weekend. The surface ridge is
expected to weaken from late Sunday into early next week.
