The National Weather Service in San Juan has extended the

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Dorado in Puerto Rico...
  Toa Alta in Puerto Rico...
  Toa Baja in Puerto Rico...
  Vega Alta in Puerto Rico...
  Vega Baja in Puerto Rico...

* Until 415 AM AST.

* At 205 AM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain will continue 
  across the warned area. So far Between 5 and 10 inches of rain 
  have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch or more will 
  remain possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already 
  occurring. Additional rains will only aggravate these conditions.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

  SOURCE...Radar and emergency managers.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the 
dangers of flooding.
