.Synopsis...A front will stall near the Big Island today. Seas
will build over the island chain. Strong and gusty NW winds will
shift out of the SW late tonight bringing possible gale force
winds by Sunday night as a low develops near the far NW waters
and lingers into next week.

Hawaiian waters within 40 nautical miles including the channels-

.REST OF TODAY...Northwest winds 10 to 20 knots. Wind waves 4 to
6 feet. Northwest swell 14 to 18 feet. Heavy showers likely and
isolated thunderstorms. 
.TONIGHT...Southwest winds 10 to 20 knots. Wind waves 3 to
6 feet. North swell 14 to 17 feet. Scattered heavy showers and 
isolated thunderstorms. 
.SUNDAY AND SUNDAY NIGHT...South winds 15 to 30 knots. Wind waves
4 to 7 feet. North swell 12 to 15 feet. Swell south 4 to 6 feet. 
Scattered heavy showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.MONDAY AND MONDAY NIGHT...South winds 10 to 25 knots. Wind waves
4 to 7 feet. North swell 7 to 10 feet and south 3 to 5 feet. 
Heavy showers likely and isolated thunderstorms. 
.TUESDAY...East winds 10 to 20 knots. Wind waves 3 to 6 feet.
North swell 6 to 8 feet and south 2 to 4 feet. Scattered heavy
showers and isolated thunderstorms.

Mixed swell northwest 3 to 5 feet and south 3 feet. Scattered

.TONIGHT...S to SW winds 15 to 30 kt, strongest over NW waters. 
Seas 8 to 17 ft, highest NW waters. Isolated thunderstorms. 
.SUNDAY AND SUNDAY NIGHT...S winds 20 to 30 kt, strengthening to 
25 to 35 kt Sunday night, strongest over E waters. Seas 12 to 16 
ft, subsiding to 10 to 14 ft Sunday night. Isolated 
thunderstorms.
.MONDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY...SE winds 15 to 25 kt. Seas 8 to
