.SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN WASHINGTON AND NORTHERN OREGON COAST...
Conditions will slowly subside through this afternoon as winds 
become more westerly. Also, seas will continue to subside, but
remain above 10 ft through Wednesday afternoon. A return of
marginal Gales and seas in the mid to upper teens is expected 
Wednesday afternoon/evening as the next system moves into the 
waters.
