out SE Gulf waters south of D Tower and are moving southeast at 
around 10 knots. Mariners encountering this activity can expect wind 
gusts between 25 to 30 knots, moderate to heavy rainfall, resulting 
in visibilities less than 3 miles, and an few cloud to surface 
lightning strike.
