showers, some with heavy rain mainly in northwest Arkansas and also 
west of a Bartlesville to Eufaula line and also east of a Eufaula to 
Hugo line. They were most widespread and heaviest in Latimer county 
in Oklahoma and Franklin county in Arkansas. Movement was to the 
north at around 15 mph. The average amount where it rained last hour 
was around one tenth of an inch with maximum amounts of three 
quarters to around an inch. Coverage and intensity decreased during 
the last hour. The Tulsa area forecast for the rest of this 
afternoon and into this evening, a chance of showers and 
thunderstorms then a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms, 
otherwise partly sunny then becoming partly cloudy with temperatures 
remaining fairly steady from 82 to 89 degrees and south winds 
becoming southeast at 5 to 10 mph.
