...TROPICAL STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT...

* WHAT...East winds 40 to 50 kts with gusts up to 65 kts, and seas
  building 7 to 12 feet, with occasionally higher seas.

* WHERE...Caribbean and Atlantic waters, as well as across both 
  Anegada and Mona Passage.

* WHEN...Tropical Storm force winds are likely from early Sunday 
  morning through early Monday.

* IMPACTS...Very strong winds will cause hazardous seas which 
  could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for severe conditions.
