For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A weak 29.9 inch trough will cross the lower Great Lakes 
overnight followed by a warm front averaging 29.9 inches on Sunday 
night and Monday. A 30.3 inch high will then build along the 
Atlantic seaboard on Tuesday, then a trough averaging 29.8 inches 
will move across the lower Great Lakes on Wednesday.
