At 4:19AM National Weather Service doppler radars indicated showers and storms across portions of eastern Oklahoma and northwestern Arkansas. A line of storms was located across far northeast Oklahoma and far northwest Arkansas. This line was moving east- southeast at around 20 miles per hour. Another cluster of storms was developing across Pawnee and Osage counties and was moving east at around 15 miles per hour. Locally heavy rainfall was being observed out of both of these areas of interest with rates exceeding 1 inch per hour. Through 6:30AM additional showers and storms are expected to develop across eastern Oklahoma and northwestern Arkansas. Locally heavy rainfall which could lead to localized flash flooding is the primary concern with gusty winds in excess of 40 miles per hour also possible. $$ Snider
