.DISCUSSION...High pressure will dominate the areas weather
with dry conditions and warm temperatures for the remainder 
of today. Meanwhile a low pressure system over the eastern 
Pacific may usher some moisture into portions of Central Oregon 
that could create cumulus buildups beginning this evening. On 
Tuesday the moisture drifts further north and the cumulus 
buildups may become more numerous Tuesday afternoon. The winds 
may increase somewhat from the west Tuesday afternoon and 
temperatures are not expected to be as warm.
