758 FLUS74 KTSA 210440 AWUTSA Area Weather Update National Weather Service Tulsa OK 1139 PM CDT Thu May 20 2021 OKC143-210509- Pawnee-Tulsa-Rogers-Creek-Wagoner-Cherokee- Including the cities of Pawnee, Tulsa, Claremore, Bristow, Wagoner, Tahlequah 1139 PM CDT Thu May 20 2021 At 1134 PM, National Weather Service radar detected scattered showers and thunderstorms mostly south of I44 in eastern Oklahoma and also in Arkansas west of I49. Showers were heaviest in Cherokee and Muskogee counties in Oklahoma and Washington county in Arkansas and was more widespread in northeast Texas and far southwest Arkasas. The precipitation was in the Bentonville, Rogers and Fayetteville area. Movement was to the north at around 20 mph. The average amount where it rained last hour was less than one tenth of an inch with maximum amounts of one half to three quarters of an inch. Intensity decreased during the last hour. The Tulsa area forecast for the rest of the night, a chance of showers and a slight chance of thunderstorms, otherwise cloudy with temperatures remaining fairly steady from 64 to 71 degrees and south winds 5 to 10 mph. $$ This is an experimental automated product.
