.DISCUSSION...
Slightly above normal temperatures are forecast through Saturday 
with lower desert highs in the mid to upper 90s. Winds will become
breezy this afternoon with gusts to 25 mph in some locations,
particularly across southeast California and across the Arizona 
high terrain. Lighter winds are anticipated for Saturday. Minimum 
RH values will generally remain around 10% or less with maximum 
RHs around 20-30%, and 30-50% for portions of Imperial and Yuma 
Counties.
