* Until 500 PM EDT.

* At 325 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 12 nm east of
  Amelia City, or 35 nm south of St. Simons Island, moving east at 40
  knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and large hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves. Large hail could result in 
           structural damage.

  Buoy Hlha, Atlantic Beach, Casablanca Reef, Mayport, Nassau Sound
  Approach Buoy 6a, Tournament Reef, Anna Reef, Amelia City, Buoy
  Cdh, Palm Valley, Jacksonville Beach, Talbot Island, Buoy Kby,
  Saint Johns Lighted Buoy, Dungeness, Saint Marys Entrance Buoy 16,
  Cumberland Island and Whittakers Snapper Hole Reef.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 600 PM EDT for northeastern
Florida...southeastern Georgia...and the adjacent coastal waters.

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected.

Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately until this storm passes.
Wind gusts 34 knots or greater, large hail, high waves, dangerous
lightning, and heavy rain are possible with this storm.
