of light rain and drizzle generally southwest of a Tulsa to Fort 
Smith line and also in northwest Arkansas. The rain was heaviest in 
Latimer county in Oklahoma. The precipitation was in the 
Bentonville, Rogers and Fayetteville area. Movement was to the east 
at around 35 mph. The average amount where it rained last hour was 
less than one tenth of an inch with maximum amounts of one tenth to 
one quarter of an inch. Intensity increased during the last hour. 
The Tulsa area forecast for the rest of this morning, mostly cloudy 
then becoming mostly sunny with temperatures rising to 47 to 51 
degrees and northeast winds 5 to 10 mph.
