...Winter Storm Transitions to Primarily Lake Effect Snow...

.Snow is transitioning to primarily lake effect snow across the 
region and most accumulations are expected in the primary and 
secondary snowbelts. New snow accumulations of 3 to 12 inches 
expected in warning areas through Wednesday morning.

...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM EST
WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow occurring. Additional snow accumulations of 
  3 to 8 inches through Wednesday morning. Winds gusting as high 
  as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast Ohio.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous 
  conditions could impact the Tuesday evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow continues to transition to
  predominantly lake effect snow and the highest snow amounts will
  be in the primary snowbelt through tonight. Amounts will taper
  off quickly through the secondary snowbelt and westward towards
  Erie and Huron counties, where only light accumulations are
  expected. Conditions will improve from west to east tonight as 
  snow becomes more focused into Pennsylvania.
  

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous

  predominantly lake effect snow and the highest snow amounts will
  be in the primary snowbelt through tonight. Conditions will
  improve from west to east overnight as snow becomes more focused
