Please see mesoscale update discussion issued at 110 PM CST. Tonight through Thursday... Brief windy conditions behind the front will subside by late evening tonight. Wednesday and Thanksgiving Day look seasonal and nice with relatively light winds and lots of sunshine. Friday through Monday... Eyes turn to the west on Friday as an upper level low will form in Arizona and begin its trek eastward. Ahead of it, a bit of cool air will filter in Thu night and likely knock high temps down about 10 degrees on Friday from what we see Thu. The upper low is currently progged to cross on Saturday, though it looks fairly moisture starved. Cold air looks confined to the coldest part of the center of the low, so right now, light rain appears to be the best bet as it crosses. Snow will certainly be possible, but at this time it doesn't look like the predominant precip type. Dry and seasonally chilly weather is expected Sunday into early next week.
