Bulk Download Help
This bulk download tool provides the NWS text
in a raw form, hopefully directly usable by your processing system.
You can either provide a complete 6-character PIL/AFOS ID or provide
the 3-character base ID (e.g., AFD
). The start and end
dates represent 00 UTC for those dates. The Zip format is useful as
the filenames will have the product timestamp, which is useful for
when the product format has ambiguous timestamps.

Light winds and clear skies allowed temperatures to plummet after sunset, falling into the teens in some areas, and they remain in the 20s across Iowa at this hour with light south winds around 5 mph or less. Temperatures will rebound significantly today, reaching highs in the mid 50s to lower 60s this afternoon and beginning a stretch of prolonged and unseasonably warm weather for the remainder of the week. From Tuesday through Friday light to moderate breezes and mostly clear skies will be the norm, and daily high temperatures will range in the mid 60s to lower 70s, far above normal for the first week of November. Next weekend the mild weather will hold, but with stronger winds and gradually increasing clouds signaling a return of rain chances from late Sunday into early next week. $$ Lee
